We don't send our packages as letterbox parcels. However, they often fit through the letterbox if you are not at home.
If the package is too large, the PostNL delivery person will take it to a nearby PostNL point.
You can pick it up there.
You will also see this in the track & trace information that you receive.
Important note for refrigerated medication: If your package is delivered to a local pickup point, please collect it as soon as possible to ensure the quality and temperature stability of your products.
