Changing your address You can easily change your address yourself through your account on our website. Follow these steps:
Log into your account.
In the top left corner, click on 'ID Subscription'.
In the drop-down menu, select 'Personal Details'.
Here you can change your address and save the changes.
Would you prefer us to do it for you? Send an email to [email protected] with your new address, and we will make sure it is updated immediately.
Important: Update your address at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date. If processing or dispatch has already started, we are usually unable to change the shipping address for that specific delivery.
