Adjusting the shipment date of your next order Want to adjust the date of your next order? You can do this in two ways:
Through your account: Log into your account on the Wellis website. Depending on the device you're using, the option to change the date may be visible in your subscription settings.
Via email: If the option isn't visible or if you're having trouble, send us an email with your request. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Cancelling your subscription If you want to cancel your subscription, please let us know at least 48 hours before the next order date. If your order has already been processed, we can no longer cancel it, and you will not receive a refund.
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
Through your account: Go to your subscription page and click on 'Manage.' You will find the option to cancel the subscription there.
Via email: Send us an email with your request, and our team will handle the rest for you.
Viewing your subscriptions You can always easily view your subscriptions through your account on the Wellis website. Go to Wellis and log in. You will be taken directly to your subscriptions page.
If you can't find the page, you can follow these steps:
Log into your account via the Wellis website.
Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
Click on 'Account.'
Then, at the top of the page, select 'Subscriptions.'
