📱 Your First Login to the Wellis App
When you use the Wellis App for the first time, you must first create a new app account. This account will automatically be linked to your existing Wellis subscription.
Follow the steps below to successfully create and link your account.
Step-by-Step Plan: Creating Your New App Account
Follow the instructions carefully to ensure your app account is linked to the email address you used to purchase your subscription:
Step 1: Choose the "Sign Me Up" Option
On the initial login screen, you SHOULD NOT select "Use an existing Wellis account".
➡️ Instead, select the option: "Sign Me Up".
Step 2: Register with Your Known Email Address
Enter the exact email address that we have registered in our system and that you used to place your order(s).
Please Note: This is crucial! Only this email address allows the automatic linking to your subscription.
Step 3: Choose a New Password
Think of and enter a new password that you want to use for your app account.
Step 4: Complete the Registration
Follow the final instructions on the screen to confirm your registration and activate your new app account.
✅ You're Connected!
Your new account is now created in the app and automatically linked to your subscription. You can now log in immediately and use all the functions of the Wellis App.
