Can I return an order?

Information about our return policy.

We hope you’re happy with everything you’ve ordered from us. If that’s not the case, you may be able to return some products, depending on the type.


Non-prescription products

  • You can return non-prescription products within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

  • Send an email to [email protected] before the 14 days are up with your name, address, and details of the order you want to return.

  • If you have a subscription, return the product to the pharmacy within 14 days after letting us know.


Prescription products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept prescription medication back, even if it is unused or unopened. This is for several important reasons:

  1. Safety and hygiene – Medication is personal and cannot be safely used by someone else.

  2. Quality – Medication must be stored under strict conditions. Once it’s at your home, we cannot guarantee it is still safe or effective.

  3. Legal requirements – Pharmacies are not allowed to resell even unused or unopened prescription medication.

We know this can be inconvenient, but these rules are in place to protect your health.
