You'll start with the 2.5 mg dose for the first month. After that, the dose will be automatically increased to 5 mg, unless you specify otherwise during your consultation with the doctor. You don't need to do anything for this dose increase; it's arranged automatically.
If you want to increase your dose after the 5 mg treatment, you must indicate this yourself. You'll receive an email with a link where you can specify whether you want to increase the dose or maintain the current one.
