Won't be home during your holiday to receive your delivery, or want to make sure you have enough medication before you leave? In many cases, you can adjust the shipping date of your next delivery yourself through your account, so it better fits your holiday plans.
Arrange this yourself via your account
Log in to your account and go to your subscription. Using the self-service calendar, you can move your next delivery's shipping date forward or postpone it. You can choose a date between 22 and 56 days after your previous order.
For example, you can:
bring your delivery forward, so you have enough medication before you go on holiday
postpone your delivery, if you won't be home on the originally planned shipping date
If your preferred date falls within that window, you can set it directly yourself.
